First Base Kings

Noun;

A  gentleman who is known only to reach first base.

Generally able to talk to all types of women  ( reaching first base) but is either unable to pick up or is ignorant to social cues to indicate that he may on fact be able to reach second base.

eg; "hey we're going to go to the cocktail bar now if you fancy it" , to which the First Base King will respond "no, we're going to go to The Plough for another pint"

No matter who you fancy we've all been there gents. Some move on and settle down but for others it's not so easy. Being a First Base King isn't so much as a life choice, its just the life we lead. 

So this is for everyone living that FBK life. Those that are going home with a kebab instead of the person you've spent the last 4 hours chatting up or talking about the night before and realising when they said shall we get a cab and you said no, i can walk from here, you were just meant to say yes. To those that go out with their mates and pulling is not what the nights about.
